Four Pillars of the Project:
Pillar 1 – Comprehensive Insight
- Provides sector-specific data on SH prevalence
- Analyzes legal gaps and judicial practices
- Transfers findings to legal professionals and employment stakeholders
Pillar 2 – Safe Workplace
- Develops and implements tailored prevention programmes
- Introduces internal codes of conduct, complaint mechanisms, trainings, and educational resources
Pillar 3 – Strong Institutions
- Continues mapping legal loopholes and weaknesses in public body practices
- Builds platforms for collaboration among stakeholders
- Strengthens the institutional framework for SH prevention and victim protection
Pillar 4 – Public Awareness
- Empowers the public to recognize and respond to SH
- Encourages bystander intervention
- Promotes use of both legal and informal support systems for victims
