Four Pillars of the Project:

Pillar 1 – Comprehensive Insight

  • Provides sector-specific data on SH prevalence
  • Analyzes legal gaps and judicial practices
  • Transfers findings to legal professionals and employment stakeholders

Pillar 2 – Safe Workplace

  • Develops and implements tailored prevention programmes
  • Introduces internal codes of conduct, complaint mechanisms, trainings, and educational resources

Pillar 3 – Strong Institutions

  • Continues mapping legal loopholes and weaknesses in public body practices
  • Builds platforms for collaboration among stakeholders
  • Strengthens the institutional framework for SH prevention and victim protection

Pillar 4 – Public Awareness

  • Empowers the public to recognize and respond to SH
  • Encourages bystander intervention
  • Promotes use of both legal and informal support systems for victims

To contribute to creating a safe working environment free from sexual harassment (SH) and violence across four levels of intervention
