According to the annual statistical report of the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic, in 2021 there were 2643 submitted cases. In comparison with 2020, the number of cases of violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms found by the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic has risen. In 2020, the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic found a violation of human rights and fundamental freedoms in 447 cases.
