The two-day event focused on strengthening cooperation, reviewing progress, and planning the next steps in promoting awareness and prevention of sexual harassment at work across Europe.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>The consortium welcomed Dusan Tomsic from North Macedonia\u2019s Commission for Prevention and Protection against Discrimination (CPPD) as a new member. Key administrative updates included CPPD\u2019s formal accession as a beneficiary, more explicit financial rules, and an extension of the reporting period to July 2026.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partners presented progress across actual work packages:\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Research and Tool-kit Development: The Slovak National Centre for Human Rights (SNCHR) held an expert seminar in Bratislava in mid-September, hosting over 30 legal, social, and other experts to gather recommendations for developing unified methodology of research on sexual harassment. Experts will co-design the conceptual framework\u202ffor the research conducted by the Violet project&#8217;s partners.\u202fThe outcome of this process, the research tool-kit, will also be applicable as a resource material for other NEBs and other stakeholders interested in research of sexual harassment. It is set for completion\u202fby February 2026.\u202f&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Preventive programmes: a pilot programme was launched by Slovak National Centre for Human Rights in Slovakia; other partners are preparing to implement national preventive programmes in education, public administration, and the health sector.\u202f&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Communication and Visibility: a new Communication Plan\u202fand VIOLET Brand Book developed in the cooperation by the Office of the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson from Lithuania (OEOO) and SNCHR were presented at the meeting, ensuring inclusive, accessible messaging for diverse audiences.\u202f&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The second day focused on project management tools and technical parts of reporting, featuring hands-on sessions and individual consultations. With plans well underway, partners look forward to a reunion in Vilnius, Lithuania, in May 2026. \u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em><em>Co-funded by the European Union.
